Placing an Order

We encourage you to order online 24X7. However, please feel free to call in your order. Call us at (9714) 3590666, Sunday – Thursday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, UAE time. Telephone customers can pay as Cash on delivery.
Online Orders can be paid using via credit/debit cards from VISA or MASTERCARD. Use PAYPAL or 2CHECKOUT. You do not need to have an account with 2CHECKOUT to pay using your credit/debit card. You can use them for payment, even if you do not have an account with 2CHECKOUT!
Your order did not process?
In case your order didn’t go through the first time, please email orders [at] thegreenecostore.com and tell us what your error message says and we will help you process your order.
When will I know that my order has been processed?
Before checking out, make sure to double-check the information you entered is as accurate – especially your email address and delivery address. If you have successfully placed a purchase, your checkout page will give you an order reference number, and you will immediately be sent a confirmation email receipt with your order information. Your email confirmation receipt will have the amount that was deducted from your credit card. If you have placed multiple orders, you will receive a confirmation email for each individual order successfully placed.

I entered the wrong shipping address, how do I correct it?
Contact orders [at] thegreenecostore.com right away and make sure you have your email receipt information, order reference number, and new shipping details in hand. If your order has not left our warehouse, we can try to make the appropriate shipping changes. Most of our orders are typically processed immediately after purchase confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). However, if your order has already been been shipped, we cannot make changes to the Shipping addres and you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
How can I change my order?
As long as the Status of your order does not show “Shipped”, you can call customer service at +9714-3590666 or Email orders [at] thegreenecostore.com ASAP to notify us that you wish to change your order. Customer Service is available Sunday-Thursday between 9:00 am and 5:30 pm UAE Time.
Note: Make sure to provide your email receipt information and order reference number and order date.
Can you cancel my order?
Email orders [at] thegreenecostore.com ASAP to notify us that you wish to cancel your order maximum within 24 hours of placing your order. However, if your order has already been shipped, we can only refund the cost of the items, and not the shipping charges. Customer Service is available on 9714-3590666 Sunday-Thursday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm UAE Time. You can Whatsapp us anytime 24X7 on 97150-6459113.
Note: Make sure to include your email receipt information, order reference number and order date.
If your order has not yet shipped, we will stop it. Orders typically process and ship within 1 working day (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If your order has already shipped, please contact customer service to discuss returning your order. All return shipment costs will be at customers expense.
I created the cart, but did not place the order. Can I continue with the cart?
Yes. Please login to My Account area and click on Incomplete Cart link. Click on the ‘Continue’ button next to the cart you wish to activate.
How will I know that my order has been received by your store?
Once your order has been received, you will receive an e-mail that includes your order details and order number. Please refer to this order number when contacting us about the status of your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 4 hrs, please check your email SPAM box or your JUNK box.

- We accept payment online only via Credit or Debit cards using PAYPAL and 2CHECKOUT.com
- You do not need to have an account with 2CHECKOUT for payment processing. You can use your Mastercard or Visa card on 2CHECKOUT even if you do not have an account with them.
- We accept payment as Cash on Delivery for all UAE orders only.
- We also accept payment as Wire/Bank Transfer.
Do you store my credit card details?
No, we do not store any credit card details – as all card details are directly processed by PAYPAL or 2CHECKOUT. We do not have access to your credit card details.
In which currency will I be billed?
Online payments are accepted in UAE Dirhams (AED). The checkout page will clearly state the final price you will be charged in UAE Dirhams.
Delivery & Shipment Information
Order and Shipment Confirmation
After ordering and successful processing of your order, you will receive two email confirmations from The Green Ecostore. First, we will confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. This email will also give you a link to print your invoice. Then, within 24-48 hrs, you will be notified via email, after your order has been shipped from our warehouse. (excluding weekends and holidays)
How much will it cost to deliver my order within UAE?
Standard delivery all over the UAE is at a flat rate of Dhs 20 for upto 5 kg. Most of our items are between 250gm – 3kg per piece. We offer Free Delivery within the UAE for all orders over Dhs 150 and upto 5 kg.
We deliver all orders via Empost within UAE and the GCC countries.
Do you deliver internationally?
Our website will allow items to be shipped only to UAE and the GCC countries – Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain. However, if you need items to be shipped internationally, you will first need to email us the items you want to order. We will email you a quotation, including delivery costs to your requested location.

Yes, we do handle bulk and wholesale orders for most of our products. Please email contact [at] thegreenecostore.com for wholesale purchase of any of our products.
Do you provide corporate logo customization?
Yes, we can print corporate logos on few of our products ie KeepCup, RePEat Utensils, Water Bottles. Please email contactus [at] thegreenecostore.com for custom logo printing on our products. Production takes min 6-8 weeks.
