No, we do not print a catalog. All our items are added to our store database and are listed online.

We encourage you to order online. However, please feel free to call in your order.

Telephone customers can pay via AMEX, VISA or MASTERCARD.

Your order did not process?

How will I know that my order has been received and will be delievered?

Once your order has been received, you will receive an e-mail that includes your order details and order number. Please refer to this order number when contacting us about the status of your order.

When will I know that my order has been processed?

Before checking out, make sure to double-check the information you entered is as accurate - especially your email address and delivery address. If you have successfully placed a purchase, your checkout page will give you an order reference number, and you will immediately be sent a confirmation email receipt with your order information. Your email confirmation receipt will have the amount that was deducted from your credit card. If you have placed multiple orders, you will receive a confirmation email for each individual order successfully placed.

I entered the wrong shipping address, how do I correct it?

Contact customer.service [at] thegreenecostore.com right away and make sure you have your email receipt information, order reference number, and new shipping details in hand. If your order has not left our warehouse, we can try to make the appropriate shipping changes. Most of our orders are typically processed immediately after purchase confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). If your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

As long as the Status of your order does not show "Shipped", you can call customer servie at +9714-3590666 or Email customer.service [at] thegreenecostore.com ASAP to notify us that you wish to change your order. Customer Service is available Sunday-Thursday between 9:00 am and 5:30 pm UAE Time.

If your order has not yet shipped, we will try to catch it before it goes out the door -- most orders typically process and ship immediately (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If your order has already shipped, please contact customer service to discuss returning your order.

Payment Methods

What are the Payment Methods accepted on your store?

 

  • We accept payment online only via PAYPAL and 2CHECKOUT.com
  • We accept payment over the telephone via AMEX, VISA and MASTERCARD.
  • We accept payment as Cash on Delivery, currently, only for Dubai based customers.
  • We accept payment as Wire Transfer, currently, only for UAE based customers. Additional AED 25 will be added to the total amount as Bank Service Charge.

How do I update my account at TheGreenEcostore.com?

If you have signed up for an online account with The Green Ecostore, you may update your mailing address, email address, name changes or telephone number by visiting our site at "www.thegreenecsotore.com" and clicking on "my account" at the top of the page. Log into your account to review and update your personal information as and when required.

Do you store my credit card details?

No, we do not store any credit card details - as all card details are directly processed by PAYPAL or 2CHECKOUT. We do not have access to your credit card details.

Delivery & Shipping Information

Order and Shipment Confirmation

After ordering and successful processing of your order, you will receive two email confirmations from The Green Ecostore. First, we will confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. This email will also give you a link to print your invoice. Then, within 24 - 48 hrs, you will be notified via email, after your order has been shipped from our warehouse. (excluding weekends and holidays)

How much will it cost to deliver my order?

Standard delivery all over the UAE is at a flat rate of Dhs 18 for upto 5 kg. Most of our items are between 100gm - 1kg per piece. We offer Free Delivery within the UAE for all orders over Dhs 450 and upto 5 kg.

We deliver via Empost and UPS.

Do you have a store?

Yes, we have an outlet at Mercato Mall, Jumeirah.
The timings are 10AM - 10PM, Sat-Thurs and 1PM - 9PM on Friday.
