Shipping & Return Policies

Shipping & Delivery within the UAE

The Green Ecostore ships within United Arab Emirates (UAE) and International. Orders within the UAE, less than 5 kg, have a standard Dhs 18 shipping fee.

Only within the UAE, orders greater than AED 450, will be shipped FREE. All orders weighing greater than 5kgs will be charged at the flat delivery rates. All orders within the UAE will normally be shipped within 2 business days. All orders received on a Friday, will be shipped on Sunday.

 

 

International Shipping

For international orders, shipping is based on weight and distance. For all international orders, accounts will be charged for the price of the order including the actual freight, prior to shipping. International orders will be sent via EMPOST or UPS international and may take upto 5-10 business days to be delivered. Tracking information is available on all orders. All orders will usually be shipped via UPS. However, we do retain the right to use a backup courier, if necessary.

 

 

Exchanges & Replacements

All claims for exchanges or replacements must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. When you receive your order, please check the contents to make sure the correct items have arrived and that they are not damaged or defective. Keep the delivery slip as we ask that you send it back to us for exchanges. Returns are not accepted. We only accept exchanges or replacements for the same value as the original item.

 

To replace an item that has been damaged or is defective, or if we ship incorrect items, email us on contactus@thegreenecostore.com. Our customer service representatives will be happy to help you.

The product(s) being returned must be in their original packaging with all parts, manuals, accessories, etc. included and in unused, brand new condition. If the product is not in the original packaging or is in any way damaged or changed from its original condition, any exchange or replacement will not be accepted. We will credit or refund your account, minus shipping charges, in the same form as the original payment, after we receive the package with the returned goods.

Again, all exchanges and replacements must be made within 7 days of receipt of shipment. To exchange an order, follow the above steps for refund. Then browse our online store to order replacement products.


The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

1. Washed or used cloth items
2. Personal care products
3. Sale or clearance items
4. Seasonal items (cards, holiday items)
