How can I change my order ?
As long as the Status of your order does not show “Shipped”, you can call customer service at +9714-3590666 or Email orders [at] thegreenecostore.com ASAP to notify us that you wish to change your order. Customer Service is available Sunday-Thursday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm UAE Time. Note: Make sure to provide your order number and order date.
Can you cancel my order ?
Email orders [at] thegreenecostore.com ASAP to notify us that you wish to cancel your order maximum within 6 hours of placing your order. However, if your order has already been shipped, we can only refund the cost of the items, and not the shipping charges.

If your order has not yet shipped, we will stop it. Orders typically process and ship within 1-2 working day (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If your order has already shipped, please contact customer service to discuss returning your order. All return shipment costs will be at customers expense.

All our products are Eco-friendly and manufactured by international brands sourced from USA, UK, Canada, Australia, China and India. We select products only after extensive testing.
When will I know that my order has been processed ?
Before checking out, make sure to double-check the information you entered is accurate – especially your email address and delivery address. If you have successfully placed a purchase, your checkout page will give you an order reference number, and you will immediately be sent a confirmation email receipt with your order information. Your email confirmation receipt will have the amount that was deducted from your credit card. If you have placed multiple orders, you will receive a confirmation email for each individual order successfully placed.
I entered the wrong shipping address, how do I correct it ?

If your order has not left our warehouse, we can try to make the appropriate shipping changes. Most of our orders are typically processed immediately after purchase confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). However, if your order has already been been shipped, we cannot make changes to the Shipping addres and you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
How will I know that my order has been received by your store ?
Once your order has been received, you will receive an e-mail that includes your order details and order number. Please refer to this order number when contacting us about the status of your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 2 hrs, please check your email SPAM box or your JUNK box.
