Shipping and Returns


Order processing typically takes 1-2 business day. Once your order has been processed, your item(s) will be shipped that day, or within 48 hours on weekends. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipping rates are determined by weight and destination at point of purchase. We ship within UAE via TCS courier.

Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email confirming the same.

Free Shipping

We offer free UAE wide shipping via TCS courier on orders over AED 200. Free shipping transit time will typically take 1-3 business days.

International Shipping

International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE. We ship internationally with TCS courier for a flat rate of $75 for orders under 5kg. All brokerage fees are included, however The Green Ecostore is not responsible for customs fees or taxes incurred from importing goods – these are payable by recipient upon delivery. We ship the items fully insured and listed at full retail value. TCS Courier generally takes 3 to 5 business days, not including any customs delays. If a package is denied entry by customs and returned to us we will refund the cost of the item, but shipping charges are not refundable.


Online purchase returns are eligible for exchange, store credit or refund within 7 days of order delivery.

The goods must be in original conditions, and free from stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Due to health & safety reasons, Face Masks, Feminine Care items and Water Bottles are not eligible for return.

Returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the Email Invoice, indicating the type of return being done (exchange, store credit or refund).

All exchanges are the responsibilty of the customer to collect the replacement/new item from our office.

Customers will assume responsibility for return shipping charges. will not assume responsibility of return expenses. All returns are the responsibility of the customer and must be delivered to our Office address listed above.

If all conditions are met, the original form of payment will be credited; if not, all items will be shipped back to the customer with an explanation. Customer incurs all shipping costs for all returned items.

If an item purchased from incurs damage during delivery, please return it to the store. We will take the item in, review the damage and offer you a replacement item.
